I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were ready to go and provided a quiet and dark atmosphere for a relaxing night's sleep. The service was mostly helpful, except for one instance, and the location was perfect for our event in Te Rapa. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to State Highway 1, perfect for those attending events in Te Rapa. The rooms were well-appointed and had everything I needed, offering great value for the price I paid. The service, aside from one exception, was welcoming and great with the kids. The dining experience, especially breakfast, was delightful. However, the hotel's appearance could be more modern, and some areas like the bar and dining section felt outdated.
The hotel room was decent for the price, albeit a bit musty and overdue for a deep clean. The bathroom was great with a nice mirror, a rare find in hotels.
